William Wilson Cash

==Life and career==
Wilson Cash was educated in Sale〔“Who was Who” 1897–1990 London, A & C Black, 1991 ISBN 0-7136-3457-X〕 and became a CMS missionary in 1902. Ordained in 1911〔"The Clergy List” London, 1913, Kelly’s〕 he was a Chaplain to the Forces during World War I, and was awarded the DSO in 1916〔(London Gazette )〕 and the OBE in 1919. Afterwards he was General Secretary of the Society〔(CMS Records )〕 until his elevation to the Episcopate as Bishop of Worcester〔(National Archives )〕 in 1941.
